Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after the sale of original artworks and Giclees.

  • Eligible for exchange only within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Exchange is possible only if the product meets the "Exchange Requirements" outlined below.

Exchange Requirements:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Initiating an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Please provide proof of purchase and details of the exchange request.

Shipping and Packaging:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Approval:

  • All returned products will undergo inspection.

  • Products that do not meet the specified criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will initiate the exchange process.

  • Eligible customers can exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Exceptions:
